What do I need to make my first ad?
Choose one of the live templates, add a product name and upload one to four photos of the same item. UGC ads also ask you to choose a presenter.
Can I use the same product again?
Yes. Product Library keeps your uploaded photos and prepared product sheet together. Select a saved product when you start another ad, or upload a new one.
Can I check the product before the video renders?
Yes. Eddie prepares a product reference sheet first and pauses for your approval. You can edit the name or details and request a new sheet before continuing.
Which formats are available now?
The live library currently includes a square studio product film and a vertical UGC ad with a synthetic presenter. New formats can be added as their production pipelines are verified.
Where do my finished ads go?
They appear in My Videos in your Eddie dashboard. There you can review the result and download the MP4.
